I just wanted to thank you for a fabulous day on Sunday. I enjoyed being in your home….the view is fantastic…..and of course the day weather wise, couldn’t be more perfect.
Meeting the other ladies was really lovely and a great group to pair off with doing each of the dishes and comparing notes. Of course you were just everywhere and I thought your professionalism was superb.
An added value to the day was Helen. How we would all love a “Helen” in our kitchens whilst preparing our meals little loan a dinner party. Well done Helen, you did a superb job cleaning up after us all. Very much appreciated. The boys are all looking forward to their day on Thursday. It will go very well I am sure.
Again thank you so much for a wonderful day Tonya and learning all your little tips was an added bonus.

We drove home via Yandina today and picked up our macadamia oil and some macadamias ready for our pesto on the weekend. Once again thankyou for the lovely day and the scrump-yumtious food.

We had a fantastic day. I’ve been telling people about our experience (it’s the first time I’ve been to a cooking class) and they ask why I would go, ’surely you would know everything having ran the restaurant’ – I tell them that you can never know it all and everyone has their own unique style or have new ideas or know traditional methods ie french terms for all the knife cuts. I’m a big advocate for ’spreading the word’ when I find something local and fantastic – so hopefully I’ll be able to get my own group and come back to see you. Thank you so much for today, I had a wonderful time. It is very liberating being in the kitchen with people who love cooking as much as I do! Being the forgetful ditz that I am, I left my kit there. If I put a couple of extra dollars in with the deposit for the cookbook, would you please be able to send my pack to me. My family are very interested in taste-testing and evaluating my performance and I don’t want to let them down.
I am thinking about saving up for a day for my family to come and spend a day cooking together. I cannot thank you enough, I had a really great time and enjoyed every minute. This is something everyone should experience, cooking with total strangers is great, you get to learn about them and the food at the same time.. I loved it. I hope to be able to attend another class soon. Please pass on my thanks to Heather, she is a lovely person and also added some character to the day. You provide a great service.
